Lazy summer days

We've actually been really active with long bike rides, running, long walks and tons of playing outside.  But today just felt like a day to lay around- and eat homemade rolls with butter and jam for dinner. 

Birthday buddies, ten years apart.  I'm not sure which one is messier :)
