5:50 pm

I haven't had very many of these days in my parenthood, but today was one of them.  5:50 pm and I told everyone under 10 to get in bed for the night.  They didn't like it, but they are all quiet and happy and reading in bed.  That'd be the first quiet and happy of the day, but we got there!

I think that meant five kids were in bed for the night :) Must have been a wild day.

Yep, all five. It wasn't wild, just a bunch of discontent children who were tired on top of it. They're doing so much better now!
