weekend activities

Joe won third place in his volleyball tournament at the Capitol. It rained most of the day and the nice grassy courts turned into mud pits. We thought the mud lines were funny.

While Joe was playing volleyball, Momma got tired and decided to take the kiddos to Brewery City Pizza. We had a fun time together, though Luke thought the sauce was a little too spicy. Ben learned how to suck through a straw (after many, many lessons) which caused a loud cheer from the three of us. Those around us looked at us so funny, but we were truly excited.

Ben wasn't sure what was so exciting.

He just wanted to get home and relax.
