weekend fun

Luke has quickly learned to ride his bike with great ease and has been practicing peeling out with his back tire to make "smoke" in the gravel. He ran out Saturday night with no shoes on and hopped on his bike. We called him back a moment too late and he peeled out and peeled back the skin on his little toe. Tore off the nail and left it looking gross...

In other news we had a couple of bbq's in the sun that were fun and hot. Even roasted marshmallows over the bbq. Lots of swimming too. The kids are sun kissed and worn out from the weekend and I am so thankful for the fresh clean rain. It is so refreshing! Luke shared my sentiments and said this morning "lets just get out in the rain and drive or walk or something".
