Sisters

at dinner our family all gives our "best and worst" for that day. Luke always has a new best and worst but Emily invariably says her best is "Daddy's here" and her worst is "there is no bad part". Tonight I was cuddling with her in bed. Joe and Luke were gone so she was going to bed alone which is a rarity. I asked her if she wanted me to pray for anything and she said "well, Mom, I think I have a worst." I asked her what and she said "Lukie not being here". She then asked me what Luke's worst was.
"I don't know Honey, I didn't ask him yet but I bet his worst is that he couldn't be here to go to sleep with you."
"ohhhhhhhh"
