blessing to my heart

Luke and Emily got in a fight this morning and after "addressing" it I talked with Luke (who was mostly in the wrong) and told him he needed to go make things right with his Sissy. This is what I heard over the monitor:

Luke: "Em, I love you."
Emily: "well, I love you too."
Luke: "I'm sorry I hurt your sweet, precious little heart."
Em: "oh, thanks."
